I was fortunate enough to be seated at a window seat, overlooking the lush grounds.

From the moment I was welcomed by the gracious staff, I knew that my experience at Ashford Castle would be nothing short of extraordinary. With attentive service and a genuine warmth that made me feel like a cherished guest, every interaction was a testament to the legendary hospitality of this esteemed establishment. From recommendations on the menu to ensuring that my every need was met, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my breakfast experience was nothing short of perfect.
Opting for a taste of traditional Irish fare, my husband eagerly ordered the full Irish breakfast—a feast fit for a king. With each bite of perfectly cooked bacon, savory sausage, and golden eggs, accompanied by the comforting warmth of grilled tomatoes and mushrooms. It was a symphony of taste that celebrated the culinary heritage of Ireland in all its glory.
I opted for the Cinnamon French Toast and I also ordered the Ashford Buttermilk Pancake. No I didn’t eat it all but I really wanted to try them both LOL. The fluffy interior of the pancake melted in my mouth, whilst the french toast offered a decadent blend of creamy custard with the warm embrace of cinnamon and vanilla-infused delight.
